Permanent Makeup is not the same as it was 25 years ago or even 10 years ago. It's Fabulous! "Welcome! My name is Lisa Holley. My passion is helping you look beautiful with natural looking eyebrows, and full defined lips, that look fabulous all day, every day, that won't smudge or wipe off and saves precious time in your day. I do this with applying my years of professional training in the field of permanent makeup, and medical tattooing. Our office is located in my hometown of St. Albans, WV. While I’ve been certified and licensed since 2015, I opened Bombshell In A Day in 2019. My clients will attest that I pride myself in the level of "safe practice" in facial permanent makeup, microblading as well as medical tattooing and "Non-laser Tattoo REMOVAL" For those of you that know me, I have been in the business of making you look good since 1985 with my many years of high end retail, customer service and custom closet design. When I decided to make the career change in 2015 I knew I was doing the right thing to take my "Look & Feel good" to new heights. One of my specialties is helping cancer patients feel complete, with permanent eyebrows and nipple tattoo. Clients with alopecia can feel confident with the look of real hair on their eyebrows and even scalp micropigmentation. As you can see, it fills my heart doing a dedicated craft that I am very passionate about and I would love to help you look your best as well.
CANCELLATION POLICY
APPOINTMENTS - RESCHEDULING *Rates and Services are subject to change and are non-negotiable and non-refundable. Any service requires a $100 non-refundable, non-transferable booking deposit. Once made, this payment will not be returned for any reason. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you must do so online 72 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the $100 deposit. Only one-time rescheduling before 72 hours of appointment day is allowed before deposit is forfeited. Appointments, promos, Models and special rates have a minimum charge of a $269 room-tray setup charge. ONLINE SCHEDULING After you have submitted a head shot photo, with no filters, or makeup you will receive a confirmation email from Bombshell In A Day with appointment information. Online booking is available at your convenience. LATE POLICY Please be courteous. If you are more than 25 minutes late for your appointment, you may need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged as a No Show Late Cancel and forfeit your deposit.. PLEASE NO CHILDREN OR GUESTS Bombshell In A Day does not allow anyone below the age of 18 in the office/studio. It is a liability and we cannot be responsible for a child’s well being during your appointment. No guests allowed in treatment rooms, a waiting area is available but no exit and reentering durring appointment. Health standards do not permit guests in the procedure room. If you must have someone drop you off and pick you up, please make them aware of the service time. PROMOTIONS - GIFT CARDS Promotions, model pricing, cannot be combined with discounts. $269 room/tray setup minimum charge on any and all services, promos - special rates. Gift Cards don't include service charge and are non-refundable or redeemable for cash NO EXCEPTIONS MODELS Model rates are subject to change and are non-negotiable nor refundable for cash or credit.
